Program name: xcelForce Messaging Program
Operated by: xcelForce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
These Messaging Terms govern your participation in our SMS program. By providing your phone number on our website and checking the consent box, you opt in and agree to these terms. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Program description
When you submit the contact form on xcelforce.com and consent, you may receive SMS messages about:
- A confirmation that your inquiry was received.
- Reminders or follow-ups about your scheduled conversation.
- Updates related to your project inquiry.
- Replies to messages you send us.
We use SMS only in connection with your inquiry and engagement. We do not use SMS for unrelated marketing, and we never share your number with third parties for their marketing.
Calls
By the same consent, you agree that we may contact you by phone, including automated or AI-assisted calls, about your inquiry. Calls may be recorded. See the call recording notice in our Privacy Policy.
Opt-in
You opt in by completing the form on xcelforce.com, providing your mobile number, and checking the consent box. We never add a number that was not submitted by its owner.
Opt-out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also email connect@xcelforce.com with the subject "STOP SMS." Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of calls or email. To opt out of all communications, contact connect@xcelforce.com.

Reply HELP to any message, or reach us by email at connect@xcelforce.com, by phone at (408) 916-8859, or at xcelforce.com.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your engagement. A typical participant receives about 2 to 6 messages per month, and no more than 10 per month unless you actively reply or engage.
Cost
We do not charge you for messages. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.
Supported carriers
The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. xcelForce is not responsible for carrier charges or for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.
Privacy
Your number, opt-in data, and related information are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing. We share only with the sub-processors that operate our messaging and calling infrastructure, and only as needed to deliver messages and services.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active participants by SMS or email.
